    Going nowhere since Jannie van Zyl from Vodacom made promises to "investigate" the matter and has since not responded to my numerous emails.

    Common decency would dictate that he keeps me to up to date on the investigation, but then again, this is Vodacom we're talking about ....

    Ouch...It's not as though it's been a month since you first posted about the problem or something...

    I get Jannie is busy too, but this is a serious issue - I would also want feedback. If not from him, at least from someone else. Just reassurance as well, for you, that the issue is getting attention.

    In the meantime, Vodacom continued to bill us the R20k, so I guess Jannie just gave up.

    No!! It's Vodacom. I have never said it is Nashua Mobile.

    I thought as much. Well then I'd suggest getting in touch with VodacomData. Sad that Jannie has ignored this all after offering assistance. Perhaps it is just a communication problem. I like to think Jannie has more integrity than to simply leave you high and dry without any response...
