I've recently moved house and I signed up for a Telkom fixed line (phone only) as I wanted to do the MWEB all inclusive (where they get Telkom to upgrade the line AND provide the ISP) to reduce the admin burden.
Telkom were super efficient in sorting out my fixed line (took 3 days from phone call - Yes, you DID read this right) but to have the line upgraded on the all inclusive is apparently going to take up to 3 weeks, as Telkom prioritize their customers first. This is rather long.
Does anybody have experience with the all inclusive package? Approximately how long did it take to have YOUR line upgraded?
Any help here will be appreciated. I'm not the most patient person. :P
EDIT: This is for the all inclusive ADSL package: 1Mbps uncapped.
