Default Physical inactivity in adults across the world

Interesting to see that many South Africans deride Americans for being lazy and fat.

Someone else to blame for my weight gain. Its not the food I eat, its my geographical position. Maybe I should move to India. Was nice there, apart from the heat and smells. Mocambique is even closer

But there'll still be those that claim it's not low physical activity that contributes to obesity.

You're right, based on that map we should be deriding the poms

Where do people still get the time to do physical activities, Working from 7 to 5pm everyday coming home, make dinner then go to bed.
Weekends you do all the shopping you couldn't do in the week and when you know it the weekend is over.

There is just no time to do any physical activity anymore, just these super rich people can do it because they don't have to work.

Also what about the poor? I can't see them waking up in the morning and going for a jog.

They do when you set your dogs on them.
