well, at least the ASA has become an option for people who are "addicted" to complaining, give Lifeline a break :-)
still... its good to see that even cases like these are heard, so it gives hope that we can complain about serias issues in advertising, where, in this tech field, we can take the network providers etc, to task if they boolsht us too much.

Give the man a break. It's his right to complain. How else was he going to know that he misunderstood the ad. It's unfortunate that the ASA has to attend to complaints like these instead of attending to more provocative ads.
