Mweb 8gig capped

We've had mweb since I can remember. Our 2gig got gradually upgraded and we're now at 8gig per month. Thing that bothers me is this:

29/06/12 ADSL 8GIG Data Subscription 01/08/12 31/08/12 R 192.11 R 26.89 R 219.00 R 259.00

According to mweb's website I should pay R145 for an 8gig capped account. Is it possible that because we didn't take this as a new product that we have to pay more?
How much are you guys paying?
