    Unhappy MTN SP Mess up !

    Any one one else an MTN SP incorect Airtime loaded.

    My Wifes on Anytime Top up 100, today gets an SMS that her Top up 200 package hs been credited with R200.
    Trying to call them and according to the recorded message other people have missing airtime.
    Some times the internet is so slow, it would be faster to just fly to Google's headquarters and ask them this $h1t in person.!

    Don't get my Top up 100 air time, but got my 75MB bolt on data bundle

    I only got R50 on one of our contracts, it was meant to receive R200. Didn't receive any of the data or SMS bundles. Not amused.

    I just received R400 on my top up 200, I just wish we don't get double billed month end

    Don't suppose anyone has any idea when this will be sorted...? If I call 808 now, I am going to make someone cry... There is constantly a problem with my MTN account, now this network-wide issue....

    Same problem for me on R200 TU i recieved no airtime or sms but double data bundle

    I had R200 deducted from my contract and didn't receive any airtime
    Nothing....

    I received my data this morning, no airtime or sms bundles though.

    I'm on a 200 account - got a message on Saturday saying that my 750 account has been credited with R750 airtime...

    Wonderful.

    Checked this morning and looks as if they removed the extra Airtime from my wifes acount, but no SMS confirmation or even a freaking sms apology

    I received a SMS stating my monthly usage limit for the next 6 months is R4561.40.

    My husband also only received a R50 topup on Saturday, when he was supposed to receive R100.
