    Default cellc contract packages

    hello,

    me and a friend are interested in signing up for a cellc contract. Their packages are amazing.

    800minutes 800mb data
    800sms messages for R800 pm

    this high end package is not for me but for my friend, but i see most of their packages have 99cent per minute tarrif.

    Are these free minutes on or off peak

    is there no catch about these amazing tarrifs
