For Jo Schmo at home to make that mistake on his private account - that is a small 'honest mistake'

For the President of South Africa to let his latest bimbo play on his computer (or whatever) and send tweets in the name of the president - that is a serious national security breach.

What if she (or he) had sent out 'I feel like declaring war on Zimbabwe' or something like that. The fact that this can happen in the first place must be reviewed as a matter of urgency. Zuma should explain to the nation how it could be possible.

The more I think about it, who actually cares even If it was him? He cannot work 24/7 and is entitled to watch TV isn't he? We just all give the president a hard time whenever he does anything, me included
