To All Service Providers: Android Data Bundles, I dont need to download the whole internet. A data bundle for emails and social networking will do just fine

............Take Me to your Leader.............
to MTN:
1. Higher data packages with smart phones.
2. Better 3g coverage.
3. Ability to buy data with your airtime on topup.
For MTN
1.) Better cellphone signal. When at work and at home I get very poor cellphone reception and many dropped calls. Vodacom coverage in same areas is no problem.
2.) 75MB data bundle with a smartphone is ridiculous. I use WI-FI 95% of the time and just the most basic apps have almost used up my 75MB of data for the month already (and every auto update function is disabled).
3.) How about some customer loyalty discounts for users i.e. people who renew their contracts after each contract?
To Vodacom: a less cluttered Vodacom4me website. The website is too busy. The ability to create a custom contract that suits my needs.
to cell c
faster downloads on my stick and 3g on my iphone

To Vodacom:
Clear and simple, not obfuscated conditions.
To ALL
Flat data rates for usage between 0-2GBpm (minimum, or agreed limit). It means no bundles, no OOB sharks. Higher usage would require to enable by USSD or WEB site redirectors (like 8ta now). This is reverse of current situation.
To Vodacom: I want a prepaid uncapped product for Samsung/Android similar to what is available on Blackberry. I would love to get a Samsung Galaxy S3 but all of the awesome goodies on the phone requires internet. I'm sure a very large part of the market would be interested in a product like that and would make browsing and downloading apps a lot more cost effective.
i5 3570k | Asus P8H77-V | 16GB DDR3-1600 | MSI GTX670 Power Edition | Samsung P2770 | 5.5 Tb HDD Total | Thermaltake Shark | Coolermaster 700W PSU
To Vodacom: i would like affordable Broadband data. So i can get rid of Telkom.
Better data rates for smart phones from all service providers
To Vodacom: I would love faster data connections and more flexible contracts - being able to customize my own package (phone:data:airtime ratio).
To Vodacom The EDGE service is great on my Nokia C1-01 in Knysna, but I would like to see cheaper prices on these slow broadband services. I have a data bundel of R25 for 30 MB which is quite a lot of money per MB.
To Vodacom: Fixed Rate Data package for Android to compare favorably with BlackBerry offering referring to Data or better data rates if one considers the explosive growth of mobile data, improving rates will further impact positively on mobile data usage, offsetting potential fee loss by reducing data cost.
Our household has Samsung Galaxy S2, Galaxy Note & Galaxy Ace
* Samsung Galaxy Note *
To MTN: the ability to customize you contract for eg. I get 700 minutes a month talk time and 250mb data i would like to take 500 of those talk minutes and convert them into data.
To 8ta: I want a SIM card capable of using multiple numbers!
(seeing that decent dual SIM handsets are not available!)
Celine: "I'm not saying you're stupid, I just think you have bad luck when it comes to thinking."
I want :
1) Fix BIS on Vodacom and stop blaming everyone under the sun. You guys are deliberately degrading this service and we have had enough
2) I want you to offer OOB rates the same as a bundle rate and not requiring a customer to have a degree in "smoke and mirrors" to understand what he/she is buying.
3) I want a service that CUTS you off HARDLOCK or something similar when you go over your bundle, dont tell me in this day and age you guys cannot get it right. Pathetic excuse to trap the customer.
4) LOWER PRICES !!!!!!! Sickening how you guys can charge what you charge
That is all - yes we all want lower prices
