Yeah I dont wish Apple would die since I do enjoy their devices sometimes when i need a change but i really hope all their patent trolling hopes and dreams are SQUASHED permanently!
Other than your attempt at trolling by calling them a patent troll (Which you know it isn't. The troll in patent troll refers to the hidden tax/fee you need to pay to cross a trolls bridge. There is no hidden tax/fee with Apple. They don't want people to licence their patents), you are right in a way. The patent system should be tweaked. Well, I still think that Apple are patent trolls - especially after looking at some of the patents that they have tried to register over the last decade.
I quite agree with the Judge in the UK case.

Regarding their patents in the last decade, whether you agree that they are valid patents or not aside, lets say they aren't valid patents. That does still not not meet the requirements to be a patent troll, which has a very specific and defined meaning.
Regarding the UK judge, I like his ruling as well
