Saw a program about it on TV this weekend. That Bonitas thing on SABC 2 or something. The doctor they were talking to (think it is the same one Redi on 702 always has on her show) was talking about it and giving advice on it. One thing that struck me was him saying that men should start having their testosterone tested from the age of 30 onwards. He also mentioned it is actually staggering how many men suffer from a low blood level of testosterone and dont know it. This can cause a wide variety of symtomps...like depression, fatigue etc etc...and of course..bad sex life.
Can be treated with a injection once every 3 months and this can have a large variety of benefits.
Damn...and I am reaching 30 next year.
Any of you guys ever had your levels tested? Have your doctor every recommended it to you? Does the medical aid pay?
