Elastix system dropping calls

Hi guys,

Anyone know how i can reconfigure the lines on a elastix system, we having alot of calls being dropped and sometimes lines locking up and that just screws with the hunting line...

Our linux dude has just decided he's not coming in for 2 weeks now and this landed on my table!

I know the system is pretty much upto date and its running a 8 port TDM card with normal analog lines coming in.. any ideas or suggestions will be appreciated!

I assume there are no issues with internal calls?

Convert your analogue lines to ISDN and get a Digium B410P. That or shop around for a reputable VoIP provider.

Quick fix that may or may not help if the problem is blocked ports is a daily reboot scheduled from cron.

thanks, yea internal calls are not an issue at all, will look into the B410P card... but in the meantime i will just run the daily reboot... Thanks!
