Atheists have a lack of a belief in supernatural deities.
This is different to an assertive belief that they do not exist.
I do not know any atheists who proclaim they know gods don't exist, how could they?
It's not your god that we have a problem with, it's the assertion that he exists, why make the assertion if you aren't sure, if you are sure how can you be? Has he spoken to you?

Yup I think if there are any atheists that proclaim that they know no gods exist, it's a very small minority and they should be given a new description, I think it's known as extreme atheism
