I'm sure you've been told this before, but your own beliefs - regardless of how compelling they seem to you - are irrelevant to what is actually true. Secondly, the cartoon is a perfectly accurate illustration of the fundamentalist approach to any field of study that contradicts dogma... as has been amply illustrated on this very forum.
Oh, and I've read the holey babble... cover to cover. You'll find no more compelling argument against Christianity than a complete reading of its scriptures.
