    In this instance I would say there is a strong case for a hate crime prosecution. Try them for rape, murder and look seriously into the hate aspect and punish them accordingly.

    The article has heavy racial undertones, thats what we are commenting on.

    The issue is the author seems to imply that only black people can act like this... not only but that its expected of them.

    No one is debating the seriousness of the crime or that these bastards should pay.
