The thing they don't want is a refugee that would arrive and be a drain on the country without providing some skills or wealth, I don't think they're against having Africans there at all (much like people in SA would complain about illegal immigrants coming here from Zimbabwe etc and our taxes have to support them too)Why do they not want Africans.
