this works great, except on pc it routes all traffic through that proxy, I forgot it on last night and my downloads were so slow, not to mention I blew the free daily and weekly allowance
Some times the internet is so slow, it would be faster to just fly to Google's headquarters and ask them this $h1t in person.!

I have the proxy setup on Firefox only. If I want to do downloads or HTTPS then I use chrome that does not run through the proxy.

I also wonder about the authenticity of this website, Opera makes its money through Google search and partnerships with mobile networks, not too sure about this company. Opera Mini does have the option for high image compression (or just turn images off to save a ton of bandwidth), but I do see your point regarding laptops - Opera desktop with Turbo isn't great (though you can also turn off pictures and use Opera without Turbo and save on bandwidth - no muscle men pictures then though).

On that Firefoxapp it doesnt set the proxys as they advsied on their help pages, so you still need to manualy set it

That would cut out 85% of my browsing then and basically render the web useless for me

I think I read somewhere that if you want to use the app you need to manually assign it initially. Think the app just toggles proxy on/off. I think.... Didn't bother trying the app though, just did it manually. Apps make me nervous

no setings on the app whatsoever, all it has is username and password,
