    I am not a CellC client, but with an attitude like yours I hope they only respond in 2-3 weeks..... Preferably 4-3weeks.

    You phone support and based on usage they can pick up your IMEI number (not your mobile number). It is also on the box. You need to phone them anyway to suspend it immediately. Using Mybb is not the way to do this.

    I have tried to assist, but unable to get IMEI number or sim card number.
    It is not register on your name either.

    I am unable find a stick or sim with nothing to go on.

    who details was it RICA on ?

    Reading between the lines it seems that the OP purchased a SIM card by some other means, which means it is not RICA'd under his name or under his company's name, or under any valid ID.

    Let him suffer for trying to get away with funny business.
