DEALS: Xbox 360 Console Sale at Kalahari.com

Get the following deal at Kalahari.com

    Xbox 360 250GB Console + Halo Reach + Fable 3 + Extra Controller - R2499.95

    Xbox 360 250GB Console + Gears of War 3 + Forza 4 + 3 Month Live Gold Membership + Extra Controller - R2999.95

This is nothing like the Incredible Connection sale of a few days ago but still cheap for off the shelf.

Thanks to The Deal Breaker for the tip.

Why are you quoting prices excluding VAT?

Surely the 3D TV from esquire is also excluding VAT. Article fails to mention that and at R6000excl its no longer that cheap once the VAT is added.

From my understanding s64 and s65 of the vat act, make it compulsory to show the price incl vat and with equal prominence compared to the price excl vat.

I've heard people say it doesn't apply if it's sales to wholesalers/retailers only but where in the act does it state this? Is there some practice note or interpretation note to this effect?

I've heard of a case where a business was forced to sell to the customer at the price excl vat and still pay the output vat on that amount to SARS.
