itunes account on 2 devices

hi guys, i am using my itunes account on both my 4s and ipad2, however when i install an App on my iphone, it automatically installs that same app to my ipad, any idea how to switch that off?

In iTunes - open the device, go to the apps tab, scroll to the bottom of the page and remove the tick from automatically sync new apps.

i have done that, somehow it still installs it to the other device

ok found it, there is a setting under settings>store to auto install purchases made on other devices.
