    I use unblock-us.com. It's a DNS service that allows you to bypass country specific restrictions used for sites like Netflix and BBC iplayer. You can then watch Olympics on BBC iPlayer.

    1) Get 8 day trial account at www.unotelly.com. Or sign up for one month Premium plan($4.95)
    2) Point your DNS to Unotellys DNS servers.
    3) Go to www.bbc.co.uk and stream all Olympics events live.

    Works very well!!
