    Default 8ta Sub-standard service

    Hello everyone,its good to be here.I hope to discuss both the sanity and disapproval of our isp services;my experience anyway.Its always good to have 1st person experience.Ofcourse there are many topics which I'm hoping will be discussed and reacted to by subjects named.This always done in good spirit and for the future progress.

    And what's your point? My service from 8ta is excellent.
    I love the sense of camaraderie when an entire line of cars team up to prevent a jerk from cutting in at the front. Stay strong, brothers and sisters!

    Hello.According to your reply you have overlooked the fact that you are not the only 8ta customer,although its sounds as if you are a happy customer or employee;which ever it may be it does not justify extreme poor service.We download with reasonable speed for 1 day and for the next 15 days it cuts out so often,its no longer a pleasure to have the sevice.I like your username,it says a lot about your satisfaction .Thank You for your reply.Best regards and good luck.

    For a first time poster you have a really s***ty attitude, making negative statements about a service provider without quantifying them. I don't work for 8ta as you implied. I am just one customer who gave his 2 cents to show that there can be two sides of satisfaction.
    On the forum are a lot of threads about 8ta with both satisfied and unsatisfied customers.

    I think your post should have been here.

    My apologies if you took offence to my comment,it was meant for the service.You are correct in saying there are two sides to a story,however,if we look at forum and outside stats we will find that my reasons are not unsubstantiated;8ta does not have a good standard support list;their service needs serious attention for the current subscribers never mind those they are trying to attract.When greed takes a hold of a good business it always goes bad.Thank You for your reply.

    Guess Vodacom or MTN are outsourcing to India for the forum warriors...

    Hello.Not bad at all.Its a pity that my service does not shape anywhere close to your results.8ta have a fair idea of signal and downloads to our account;maybe I should ask 8ta if they are happy with their performance regarding our account.They should be ashamed.Thank You for the speed stats and your reply,however,the stats cannot apply countrywide and everyday regardless of elements and load.The point being that according to averages there is a Huge shortfall in bandwidth.The bandwidth cannot sustain the load or should I say overload.

    By the way i have a 6 months old contract with 8ta and 18 months to go , i cant wait for it to end so i can renew it

    The 8ta network currently has excess capacity, hence their special offers. Your issue appears to be localised.

    Post your service complaint in the relevant 8ta thread here on MyBB and the 8ta rep will assist you.

    8.ta simply rocks!!

    Getting 7Mbps down & 2.4Mbps up. Cant be happier!

    Definitely gonna get another contract close to December.

    The positive comments is nice but it doesnt help if you only respond to these "so called positive" comments...
    you are ignoring the 80% of unhappy clients. Respond to this thread plz...
