Nope, only the topend Tags. Tag and Seiko are in a partnership and have been for a few years now where Seiko supplies the movements. They took massive flack for it from the watch community. That's why you'll be hard-pushed to find watch experts who have only good things to say about Tag.
Why would any middle-class person own anything better than a Seiko? Can only be Gauteng.

Officially and at that level, yeah, but they've been using Seiko movements since the 80's to some extent. In the 90's and 2000's they started making much larger use of simple ETA movements or modified versions thereof. The Seiko 5 is the mule of automatic watches and they can be had for a chunk under $100, to give you an idea on pricing, and that's for an automatic.
