Explain something to me (GFX and CPU)

Thanks guys for the information. I think my best bet is rather just to wait and upgrade everything.

What you can also do is look at the performance stats for your hardware while the game is running.

I use those desktop widgets to look at my CPU and GPU levels during the game (just alt tab out) then you can really see how much pressure they are on. With my last upgrade I could see that my GPU was maxing out most of the time but my CPU was not even close to the top.

Rather use applications (like what I've mentioned in my initial post) that shows you graphs, instead of widgets that has just dials that shows the current state.

Using the 9600GT as a physics card would require a motherboard with 2 or more PCI-E 16x slots, as well as a beefy powersupply.
