How do Current Affairs Articles get picked?

Looks purposeful. Look how the headline will emphasise race (usually against white people) or apartheid even when the essence of the article isn't that subject.

Some say that it is actually Julius and the Groot Krokodil co-writing on the articles.

All we know is people will blow their tops to be right on the internet.

A broader topic range would be cool, not sure about sports perhaps some feel good and quirky stories.

Corruption and racism are very current topics.

I agree. There is too much talk of racism by the blacks against whites. Someone should intervene. I am tired of hearing how many whities have been killed today. Only positive news about the ANC and South Africa should be allowed. This Current Affairs nonsense, paints my beloved country in a very bad light.

Nothing wrong with asking. Besides the only way you get the lot there to rise is to post in the areas of race whether it be political, criminal whatever as long as you add the race angle you're guaranteed at least 50 posts. The good news type stuff just dies and sinks to the bottom.

Perhaps there is nothing else in the news? They just upset that unfortunately the reality is not what they would like to see. Cannot out your head in the sand forever

It's not as if those articles result in any meaningful discussion just the usual stereotypes and +1ing amongst the usual suspects.
