    Default vodacom spend

    Need some help, lately my bill has skyrocketed.
    Is there no system in place or setting you can hav e activated that sms's you when you reach a certain call spend?
    For example, on 3G they SMS you, well they should SMS you, can the same not be done automatically for calls?

    They should offer this service in place, if not then they should have an online platform where you can login and monitor in real-time your account.

    Good morning meneer. The best solution for this would be to check your minute bundle by using *111#. I have emailed you your proposed invoice as requested.

    not sure if you have done this already,

    but register on www.vodacom.co.za with your cell number and you will have all your details there.

    Doubt it is real time, but can't be too far out.

    I log in frequently to check my bundle balances and how much I owe.

    Because this is on his voice line...the easiest and quickest way would be *111#. Does it straight on the phone and he can view voice minutes and data that is loaded on that line.

    you guys are assuming that vodacom doesn't want to make money. if you in the dark then they make more...

    That is the point of a business...to make money. However, the means for client to check their minute balance on Talk packages are available via *111# and also to check data bundle if one is loaded on their voice line. This feature have been available for ages.

    I am really losing my bloody patience with this, why is it left up to the client? Why are there no auto features on the network side?
