So the best way to add data to a straight up contract is to add a recurring R1.50 data bundle to the contract and you get R0.15 per Meg on your contract.
Awesome!

Ported over today, just to confirm.. when my topup straight up runs out of it's allocated data bundle it will use my loaded airtime at 15c/mb?

Well done Cell C!
How much airtime does a straight up 100 contract actually show? R100 airtime, a sms and data bundle? Cos now they may as well give you just R115 airtime.
Damn.
It looks like my included data bundle on my active chat contract has been increased. I take it once this is depleted, I need to top up to get the 15c rate- it doesn't just follow on from my existing 'bundle'? Pity. This also contradicts what the callcentre agent told meNo surprises there though
My bundled contract data showed up as ~R45 on my bills. That used to be for 250MB, but now shows 300MB. Looks like they aligned the value to the new pricing structure, only without the benefit of OOB rates when that's used up.
So much for simplicity...

So then on contract it would seem that it's best to request a recurring monthly data bundle of 12 MB to enjoy the OOB rate of 15c/MB.
I just hope the billing system is "smart" in that it doesn't first deplete the 12 MB and then sees, oh, you've got inclusive data, which, after depleted, runs OOB at R1/MB
Would really appreciate some proper feedback on this.

Is it just me or have cellc taken away the 12mb bundle?
