The past 2 weeks I also started getting the disconnects and stuff. Telkom line installed now and waiting for ADSL activation, then the neighbors will stop complaining about my swearing.

My 8ta was magic when I started with it. Constant 4-5 Mb/s speeds, stable connection. Then about 4 months ago it turned to ****, dropping connections, not reconnecting, terrible speed. Now I'm not sure if something somewhere was upgraded, but I've now been connected for about 180 hours, speed still stable, connection rock solid, so yeah, I don't know.
