You could call me a casual player yes, because i work full time and study part time, so I don't have 10hours a day to play, wouldn't say I don't care for inferno, up to inferno act 3 now (nowhere near as impressive are your multiple inferno completions, but with that said I only have 85 hours played on my barb)

How can this be possible? Where do the people who sell top tier items get them from other than from drops?

@Archer hehe, sorry mate did not try to go all ej or to offend you

I did not call it my opinion cause its not my opinion. Its the opinion of loads of top tier players that play(ed) D3 and played D2 on a serious level with ladder etc. These guys really do know what they are talking about.
When that amount of top people form the same opinion it really becomes a fact to me. I do agree with it.
I still do think D3 gameplay and gfx etc is great and the problems can easily be fixed.

@Wikkels88 there is nothing wrong with being a casual player or calling someone that. I also work full time, but I do take certain games more serious and thus do not play them casually. D3 was one. My point was just that being a casual D3 player you would not think the same or play the game the same and at the same pace. You might still eventually come the the same conclusion as me and loads of others have...
For long I thought the same and kept waiting for patches and defending D3 left, right and center till one day it just hit me and things changed.

Regarding your 2nd comment. Say there is 100k people atm farming D3 Act 3. Some of them is going to get a decent drop at some point. 99.999% of the time NOT the item they want, but an item that someone wants. That is where the 10 or 20 decent items on the AH comes from.
You will hardly ever find a top tier drop in Act3/4 that you will being using yourself. (ie not rewarding at all - the give and take needs to be balanced right so ppl stay interested and keep hoping)
Decent items you will sell and will need to sell loads and loads of them to pay 100mil+ for the decent item you are looking for. IE the Auction RPG, not Action RPG I'm talking about
Farm Act3/4 for 50-100 hours with that barb and see how many upgrades you get and how much fun it becomes playing just for the AH...

Dude it sounds to me like your just burnt out from waiting for the perfect drops. There is so much to this game. I sometimes crank up the volume on my headset and get really immersed into the sound effects and ambiance. Did you play hardcore or softcore? From what I hear hardcore adds alot to the game, my gf is lvl 50 on her HC monk and she's loving it. Maybe you should give it a go?

It's actually weird to see so much competition in this "single-player" game. Sometimes it feels more like an Arcade game (Double Dragon, Streets of Rage) than an ARPG.
