No, I specifically took one that I knew didn't have a bundle loaded in the last few months. After depleting the 12 MB bundle I was charged 15c/MB thereafter.

Finally got it to work, i was trying with the 12mb bundle, seems they were in the process of scrapping that, most probably why i couldnt get that bundle, was able to the get the 50mb one
