    Damn squatters....
I once dated a girl who lisped, she wanted to watch Faith Like Potatoes. 20 minutes in it dawned that we weren't watching a movie about the Elephant Man...

You're going to wake up one morning to budgies covered in blood and just a few mossie feathers in the bottom of the cage.

Could you set another trap in the cage to try trap the mossie in a smaller cage or section of the cage?

Yesterday i spend 2 hours trying to catch this bloody thing, firstly i got someone at the gate of the cage to close it if a budgie comes close, i tried to chase it towards the gate, but this did not work, the mossie will fly pas the gate each and every flippen time, then i decided to go and get the Net, i though it would tire after a while and i’ll be able to catch it, it did not tire (at all).

So ja, guess im the new owner of a Mossie,

And for those who is scared for the Mossie between the budgies, don’t be, the mossie is much too fast for the budgies, it’s for this very same reason you can include Finches to your Budgie Aviary, but never mix different “hooked beak” birds in the same cage, then you wil see a fight....

Which part of "im trying but struggling" are you finding difficult to understand?

@AstroTurf, i tried this as well, with a budgie this is extremely easy, they don’t move at night, but the mossie does, if i just touch the cage it flies in all directions, its times like this it’s going to get hurt, coz it can’t see where its flying to....

Gaan hom die naweek natspuit, hom dan maar vang en uitgooi.

    My bad.

Put a smaller cage in the large one with the only tasties and water inside, and try trap him (string tied to door, etc.) in there.

If you don't understand the argument well enough that you could switch sides and represent the other team, stop arguing.
