I never knew RIM had a mum... is it Alexandra's mum?![]()
she plans to improve communicationOkay then.Zaguri would not answer questions
Maybe they need to whip their child labour harder?
Can't let go of the past? I wonder if Zaguri was even employed with RIM at that time?
Ugh nie man
I done eff'd so many bishies that I can't remember names
But if you put that pu**y right up in my face, I remember
These outages play havoc with business. Operators need to push notifications to tell us about the problems immediately.
An IVR notice is useless as one doesn't always know there is an issue (you don't know someone is unsuccesfully trying to get hold of you because they can't tell) and when one picks up an issue, one doesn't always assume it's the operator as normally one relies on one's BB when away from a PC.
The past 3 or 4 articles that have involved Alexandra Zagury have been FAR from inspiring. Either she never knows anything or alternatively flatly denies things.
In fact she seems to remind me a lot of the Iraqi minister of Information, denying that anything is wrong at all times, even as the tanks roll in.
Let us review:
1) There is no BIS billing issue - Due to the fact that the BB platform doesn't inform users when they are likely to incur additional non-BIS charges, this is definitely a BB issue.
2) There is no BIS network performance issue - Not according to what people who actually use (note, USE, not SELL) the service are saying.
3) I cannot tell you what caused the downtime.
Ai, how bloody useless.
Time to defect to another platform?

Saturday is the Seventh day, Sunday is the first day.
