Hoping someone on this forum is able to help. I need a contact at Cell C, of someone that is higher up than in their contact centre. I have been fighting a losing battle for almost a year now with a 3G dongle that was faulty, sent back to the V&A store, to never have it returned but receiving bills every month for the contract as well as usage - for a dongle not in my possession.
I have called, emailed, received confirmation that the dongle contract was cancelled and that I would receive a refund, blah blah, but am still billed every month and no sign of any refund.
Cell C are crap. Their customer service is non existent. Rather pay more and go with another provider who at least answer your phone calls and don't keep you hanging in line to just drop the call.
Man I am frustrated. Can you gather? ;p
I just want someone to take actual ownership of this problem and help me resolve it so that I can move on and never deal with them again. Simple!
