tbh we aren't here to offer specials, you are right, if we were then that would be spammy. We aren't a dealer, so will only sell to users if they are dealers themselves.
Like I mentioned, we are here to discuss trends and products and assist end users when needed and to offer advice, as well as gain advice from the forum members. We feel that any company not in touch with their market is holding themselves back and the best way to keep in touch is to be interacting with people directly who are using and discussing the products in the industry. Therefore any information gained here impacts on what products we bring into the country and in turn, what is available on the shelves in SA. We consider the MyBB forum to be an important collection of opinions!
If we do ever feel the need to "punt" a product (sometimes we do get very excited about the new stuff arriving), it will be through the official dealer channel. We have been in touch with the myBB rep in charge of the forum from the beginning to ensure that we follow the correct protocol on accessing the forum.
