Thread: Can't connect to 10.0.0.2

    Default Can't connect to 10.0.0.2

I have two Hard Disks one with Ubuntu OS the other windows XP.
While download one application in Ubuntu had to connect to a server gave me warning "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1:8112", tried 10.0.0.2 gave lots of server website, but didn’t connect. In Windows Internet Explorer tried the first server and gave me a lot of references on 10.0.0.2 the same.
I think that there is something wrong with the router setup but I can’t get into it.
    Please help with this.
    Thank you

Did you check the subnet mask and verify you are on the same subnet?
I often say to myself, "I can't believe that cloning machine worked!"

10.0.0.2 is the address that the Telkom routers are configured to use by default. 127.0.0.1 refers to your own computer. Why port 8112 though?

What are you actually trying to do?
