It is one undescribable improvement over my previous Creative 4.1 (4400 model). The spacial effects (6ch over 2ch) with my Xonar Essense STX can now for the first time be heard properly.

The only thing that sux is the poor viewing angle of the volume control unit.

Yeah, i agree with you on the viewing angle. Its not great at all. Ive seen a lot of okes actually stick it on the bezel of the monitor lol

In the setup menu change the colour to "Night", a lot easier on the eyes.
