I won't disagree with you, but I will add that I don't think all people who choose to defend certain institutions are as w(holy) and monumentally ****ed up as those institutions themselves. At least not to the point of seeking to hide their own physical inadequacies or deformities...
Also, I think it's fair to say that it's just another facet of being that I'd rather see people find their own comfort zone in.
