The mince has already been cooked .... I basicallly made a mince curry .... to now add minestrone soup would give it the weirdest taste ever

@blu, where is 'here'? Most Spars and checkers stores have some at the 'ready meal' counter.

    That is not the issue.

I make mince regularly (once a week) and there are always leftovers. So I was asking for recipes to use the leftovers in.

    Use the mince as
...a stuffing for roasted red and green peppers with cheese and fresh chilli
... add some sundried tomatoes , fresh herbs and stoned calamata olives , wrap in filo pastry, baste with melted butter and bake in the oven till crispy
When did ignorance become a point of view ?.

Roll out some store bought puff pastry. Cut into squares, spoon left over curried mince into middle of pastry. Fold over, while pressing down slightly to flatten, glue the edges with a mixture of flour and water. Place on greased baking tray, brush with beaten egg and bake.

I keep reading 'mince' as mice, which leaves me freshly confused every time the thread pops to the top...
