is to make war agains not seen as terrorism?Oran's Dictionary of the Law (1983) defines treason as "...[a]...citizen's actions to help a foreign government overthrow, make war against, or seriously injure the [parent nation]." In many nations, it is also often considered treason to attempt or conspire to overthrow the government, even if no foreign country is aided or involved by such an endeavour.
No I'm not rude, just honest.
I'd like to see the feckers standing on the N1 - I'll drive them over!
Terrorism or treason?deliberately calculated to strike terror into hesitant minds and impress upon the entire nation the determination of the governing clique to stifle all opposition

Googling Treason it's amazing how many Boeremag apologists are making the same comparisons to some in this thread.

Please read those.
Damhouder (Prac. Cri.n. Cap. 62) gives as examples of treason inter
alia the stirring up of sedition among the people and also the
rendering of assistance to the enemy by acts, arms or counsel.

I'm with Mila and Devill here... If we were talking about the DA or IFP's youth league sending any of the ANC provincial governments memorandums stating they were going to make the province "ungovernable", an "intimidation" charge would only be there as an addendum to a treason charge. Of that, there is no doubt in my mind.
So province = nation then?
