What is wrong with my stomach?

Hi there people.

For the last week I have been having light stomach cramps, it is not painfull at all but is very noticeable and I have never felt anything like it before.

When I wake up in the morning it is fine until I stand up, then it just begins to pain.

The first few days I also noticed blood on the toilet paper when i'm done pushing out the "putty", but now it doesn't happen anymore, the pains just wont go away.

I'm not vomiting at all and I have not lost my appetite yet as those are symptoms of infection/cancer in the colon along with those I named above.

So can someone please tell me what it might be, If you have a parent/friend that is a doctor please ask them too, I will maybe go to the doctor on Friday.

Well, blood after defecating is usually not a good sign. I would go see a doctor asap.

Releasing blood with stomach pain is not a good sign at all, get to a doctor asap. One or the other you could wait and see what happens but not both at the same time.

I did not look at the toilet paper after I wiped, then I stood up to flush the toilet I saw the water is a pink colour, the next time I took a closer look.
