Thread: What is wrong with my stomach?

I suppose it could be many things, does your stomach feel swollen? Could be IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and maybe the blood from a haemorrhoid...

I would also get it checked asap.

Duh. Quick mental calculation estimating the length of TP and number of wipes needed.

Dude, blood in your stool could be serious, go see a doctor. Worse case scenario is cancer, best case scenario it's temporary and nothing to worry about.

When I wake up in the morning it is fine until I stand up, then it just begins to pain.

The first few days I also noticed blood on the toilet paper when i'm done pushing out the "putty", but now it doesn't happen anymore, the pains just wont go away.

I'm not vomiting at all and I have not lost my appetite yet as those are symptoms of infection/cancer in the colon along with those I named above.

So can someone please tell me what it might be, If you have a parent/friend that is a doctor please ask them too, I will maybe go to the doctor on Friday.

    Thank you very much.
Have you been reading the ID / creationist drivel posted over various threads? That shyte has the same effect on me.

I think you are correct, had bleeding on the toilet paper a few years ago aswel but no stomach pains, I don't think the blood and the stomach pains is related because then there should be blood everyday but it stopped after a few days, the stomach pains is still there, I think it's IBS, will hear what the doctor says.

Silly question - did you eat beetroot the day before you noticed the blood?

    This

Had the same thing once.Literally crapped myself when I saw the blood.Changed my diet and it disappeared.
About 10 days into Atkins I experienced severe cramps.Took some bicarb, citro-soda and eno and drank lots of water.Sorted after 2 days.

Turns out it was just gas/dehydration.

I wouldn't panic most probably just a bleeding ulcer, doc will give u some antacid and a course of anti-biotics and you'll be sorted but saying that these aren't the symptoms one should mess around with.
