I agree that you have to get a bit aggressive with Nedbank, since you will attract a degree of indiffence that is very off putting. By all means go to a branch, but at least with Nedbank you can record the name of the person you speak to. I have found that if you get an indifferent response, put down the phone and speak to someone else. A bit of a pain, but the only way to achieve what you want.
