It makes me angry when people assume that the entirety of a race group are actually making those demands.
The box said "requires Windows7 or better" so I installed Linux.

Maybe you are right but the problem however is that the people that is making those demands is predominantly from a certain skin coulor. When you see certain very anoying character traits geuss who is doing the anoying 9 times out of the 10, and please don't tell me it aint so. All I have to do is think of these barbaric strikes, necklaces, farm killings, robberies, bribes, reckless and inconsiderate taxi drivers not even to speak of our goverment. You tell me by which skin coulor people are these things dominated in SA? Am I a racist for noticing that?

Well what on earth else were you expecting? It was non-whites who were oppressed. And in this day and age, I hear whites making the same claims about the current situation. Your argument is stupid...

Wow! Just...wow! You get worse and worse every time you post. You really are a horrible human being. And you have the audacity to try to teach morality in PD. Disgusting...

I kinda don't blame them sometimes...it's been 18 yrs of more or less...oh well let's call it minimal change in their situation.

Also, I get furious, and yes, I will get flamed into oblivion for saying this, but some of the coloured people here in Cape Town has absolutely no idea about customer service and standards, and treat you rudely
That's just because of a the lack of training in customer relations. Any service orientated position where the staff member deals directly with clients should be maintained with constant training.
There is also culture within culture when it comes to this. A fine example you'll find in Shoprite Holdings. Staff members on branch level consists mostly of coloured people, Muslims and nowadays blacks (minimal in the whole). Over the years Shoprite bought other retailers such as OK Bazaars and Grand Bazaars. It's a well known fact in this industry that your OK staff are much more professional and service orientated than the traditional Shoprite staff member (and we're talking about people of the same colour and culture here.). I can spot an OK staff member from a distance in the same Checkers store where other Shoprite staff works - The difference; employing the right person and proper training. The End

Yes dj I don't blame them but it has been something like 20 years to fix the problem but instead we see a runaway train for the worst, wrong? To my opinion they only taking advantage of the past and still in away keeping apartheid alive.

Sorry if I offend you as all I have to go on is personal observation.

You have the habit (tendency if we want to quote a certain "politician" ) of pointing out everyone's "racism". And your posts very seldom (from what I see in threads) go without the word racist and/or other flavours of it.
I'm just reading between the lines, because in my opinion non-racist folks don't focus on it that much.

I would not say I'm offended. I hate racism and unfortunately this site attracts a fair number of the cretins, so yes you might find me raging against them quite a bit. It's better these days (the racism that is). And more people speak out against it too, wasn't so when I first joined.

I second this and thank you for pointing it out about him. He throws the racism card out very frequently (I think that card breeds more and more every day ) R13 doesn't have the ability to differentiate between people getting fed up and actual racists. Sometimes the facts speak for itself.

Yeah, I wouldn't say linking certain behaviours with some races is necessarily racist.

Once you start to make judgements based solely on colour however, that's where your bias begins and observation ends.

What helps for me is looking at the good of races for example... I always admire black people for their ability to make friends and also to stick together more so than than almost any other race I know. They won't know each other from a bar of soap when they cross roads and would start up a conversation as if they'd be friends for years. I find colored people very intertaining but I must say am very weary of them, I find it hard to trust them. I like indian peoples food and they are usualy very family orientated, like bright coulores and shiny cars. Jews I can't realy say exept for being very money orientated. This is only from personal observation and I might be wrong on some.

No, your opinions are far from obscure. They're pretty clear. So tell me about the Hispanics, the Asians, Aborigines. And how about the muslims as well? You must have observed plenty about these various groups of people in your travels around the world...
