Is there anyway to force telscum to upgrade their exchange in my area if the exchange is constantly getting congestion?
Ever since I got my line with mweb there's been this same problem over and over again where I call mweb, they reset my ports and what not and then my account/browsing is fine for an hour or so and then BAM the latency shoots up to unwarranted levels of 1000-2000ms. Here's 3 separate pingtests done concurrently.
As you can see the quality of the line is very inconsistent and the first screenshot indicates a congested exchange due to the packet loss.
So is there anyway I can call them and demand they either make more ports at my exchange or is there someway I can ask them to transfer my line to a different DSLAM because this is impossible as of late.
