Think that's the surgery everyone suggests. Still have mine - whatever they're for.

It's not bad, considering it's winter. Think under weight for men is below 18 and obese is over 28 or even 30.

Nothing I've tried so far helps. I'm pretty much considering surgery at this stage. What can I say - I'm a cuddler and waking up alone sucks.

Anyone deal with snoring successful? Please save the old wives tales. Tried and tested please. First hand accounts.
Milk and late night drinking of alcohol/coffee makes me snore.

R you a smoker? Quiting heavy smoking cured it for me......especially, heavy smoking mixed with heavy drinking.

Haven't smoked a cigarette in more than ten years. Don't think I've smoked a joint in about a year.

Then she must learn the ancient art of petite sharp elbow to the short rib. Basic principle: If you dont roll over, she isn't doing it hard enough. Also if you put your arms above your head and on your back, that will cause some serious snoring. A hard poke on the traps muscle under the arm will roll you no probs. Its just about pressure points really. As long as you are not one of those wake up and fight type of dudes. I have a mate like that who you have to wake up like gentle breeze, or he will go defcon 1 on your ass before his eyes are even open.

It's the lactose AFAIK, however proper goats milk is not a problem.

I snore from time to time, only on my back though. If I wake the wife, she shoves me in the side and I roll over. Snoring stops. As I said, if you snore on all sides, then try the other things, but consider the surgery.

I started snoring quite bad, as well as was suffering from bad heartburn all the time (lived on Gaviscon), when I hit about 95-97 kilo's. Went on diet and went to gym and dropped down to 80 Kilo's and the heartburn went away as well as the wife said I stopped snoring completely. so losing the weight worked for me

I have however started putting on the weight again and every once in a while I have started getting heartburn again and apparently (according to the wife) I have started snoring on my back again.

So just trying to shed some kilos again
I've got to stop saying "how stupid can you be?"...........Too many people are taking it as a challenge.

There are only 10 types of people in the world: those who understand binary, and those who don't.
