This one day I was surfing on the MWEB webpage just to see what awesome deals MWEB has to offer.. Coming across their new 2MB package thinking THIS IS A GOOD DEAL! "R600 for the ISP and ADSL line per month". And applied for it immediately! Where their sales person sent me an email explaining they'd down grade my line from a 4MB (only syncing at 2,8MB) to a 1MB until later this month when the 2MB package would be in fully activated. NO PROBLEM! I thought and signed it happily.. A few days went by, getting a few smses from them saying the line is being migrated yack yack yack.. Nodding my head in approval thinking its only a matter of time now
+/-8 days later....
I get home check my emails and notice the downloading speeds aren't what they usually are... Thinking... Meh... I'll just reboot my router... Rebooting it still getting the same speeds... Then I entered my router just to see my line has been downgraded to a 384kb POS!
Where MWEB said it will only be downgraded to a 1MB!!!! WTF . I tried phoning them but the accounts department isn't open on weekends.. Tried phoning Telkom but cant do anything because the line has been migrated or still in the processed of being migrated to MWEB! WTF MWEB
Now I ask you with tears in my eyes MWEB, do you always rape your customers like this when they want to take advantage of your services? As a year long customer I didn't expect to treated so badly in terms of service!
I want this FIXED ASAP!
