Hello Marine. Just a suggestion...since you are so unhappy with Vodacom's BIS service levels, maybe it would be a idea to get another networks BIS prepaid option and pop that into your Blackberry since your Blackberry is used for email, BBM and other Blackberry services only? I can then remove the Blackberry service from your Vodacom line so that you dont pay BIS twice with two providers. Your Samsung will not be affected by this and will continue to function normally.
