Default Cycling Computer: Bryton Rider 35T BUNDLE R1399 Usually R3000

Sweet deal. Just bought me one of these from Groupon. Incredible price, its normally R3000 for the bundle and R1500 just for the computer. Free shipping.

Pay R1 399 for a state of the art Bryton Rider 35T GPS cycling computer including heart rate monitor and speed/cadence sensors and national delivery, valued at R2 999 (save 53%)
    I came. I saw. I concurred.

Is it not very durable. Many for my mtb.

That pretty impressive, but I prefer using a cheap basic cycle computer that mounts on the bike. Currently have a Ryder Razor and it does everything including temperature. For tracking and HRM you can use your smartphone with Sports-Tracker.

Yup. I sold the hr monitor and cadence sensor for 650 to friend. So got the main unit for 750 essentially.

Usually use Endomondo, but my s3's a bit delicate for a mtb.

Try sports-tracker on an old nokia/htc. I usually go ride with my 5800 in my saddle bag, been through some pretty rough terrains with it.

The only problem with smart phones and a tracking app is they do not last long. I manages about 10 hours with a N79 when I did the 240k TransKaroo MTB ride earlier this year - had to track the last 4 hours with my backup phone.

Yup. That's also why I decided to go for a dedicated gps clock. The s3 though would be perfect since it has a barometer and I already have the polar bluetooth strap.
