Thread: Thank you Cell C

  1. #1

Thumbs up Thank you Cell C

Being the guy who gets his airtime recharge on the 15th instead of the 1st each month, it was time to buy that good 'ol data bundle to keep my Galaxy S2 data hunger well fed. So I just go through the motions, dial *147#, select bundles and much to my surprise, everything was so cheap. 50MB @ R7.50; 100MB @ R15; 300MB @ R45; 500MB @ R75 and so on.

Now I used to only manage to bring myself to buy 100MB of data as I don't have the heart to slash more than R50 (the old price for 100MB) of airtime out my account in one go. Now I can buy 300MB with R5 to spare!.

Now I havn't been living under a rock because I know about the R0.15 per MB OOB rate so to find this gem made my otherwise rubbish morning.

Thanks Cell C, true value for money
Sometimes I talk to myself if I feel like having an intelligent conversation.

    Hey Choc

You have been under a rock :P If you spotted Tygga post you would've saved more if you bought 30 x 12MB @ R1.50 bundles, you would've had 360MB at the same price

But for next month you know

I realized that today as I tried to buy myself a 12MB bundle because I had recharged with only R5,that's a bummer right there.
I guess I opened up their eyes (Cell C) with the forum post I made.
