Refuse a judge your password and face jailtime

We need a Fifth Amendment in South Africa.

Won't work in SA .. most of our ministers can't count that high

I'm very forgetful.

And we all know that memory fails easier when under pressure and that we are told not to write down passwords.
5 years because the synapses do not fire right?

It is understandable that they write something like that into the law but will it be enforcable?

What if you use a password manager and store the the database file on a flash drive? Which you flushed down the toilet while the cops were breaking down your door? You can't hand over the passwords if you no longer physically have them...
